The Director of Evangelization & Community Life, in alignment with the pastor’s vision and the guidelines of the USCCB and the Diocese of Colorado Springs, selects, develops, and implements inspiring, comprehensive faith formation offerings for adults and all those seeking to become Catholic. This individual serves as a member of the Faith Formation Team and reports directly to the pastor. As a member of the Faith Formation Team and parish staff, this person works with other staff members to foster and maintain a collaborative, cohesive, positive team environment. The Director is a professional catechetical leader who is an exceptional teacher, coach, and learner. This individual is joyful and knowledgeable about the Catholic faith, loves God, enjoys working with people, and lives a life in accordance with the teachings of the church, leading by example, and regularly practicing and growing in the faith.
