Pax Christi Catholic Church
Parish Calendar

Pax Christi Roman Catholic Church, a parish of the Diocese of Colorado Springs, joyfully shares the mission to bring individuals and families into a loving encounter with Jesus Christ through prayer, study, Scripture, the Sacraments, community life and works of charity. In this way, Jesus deepens our relationship with Him and truly forms us as His disciples to continue His mission, share His Love and work to build His Kingdom.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults
The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) is designed for adults who, after hearing the mystery of Christ proclaimed, consciously and freely seek the living God and enter the way of faith and conversion as the Holy Spirit opens their hearts. By God’s help they will be strengthened spiritually during their preparation and at the proper time receive the sacraments fruitfully. The Pax Christi Catholic Church Community welcomes the opportunity to walk with those who are considering this path.

RCIA and Rite of Christian Initiation for Children (RCIC, children 7 years of age or older) are for those who are unbaptized, baptized in another Christian denomination, or Catholics who are baptized only and have not been catechized in the Faith nor completed the Sacraments of Initiation (Eucharist and Confirmation). Adult Confirmation is for those who are baptized Catholic, received the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist, practicing the Faith, but have never been confirmed.

Inquiry (the period of time when adults hear the Gospel message of Jesus Christ). RCIA and RCIC classes will begin September 11, 2016, on Sunday mornings.

If you, or someone you know, has interest in learning more about the Catholic faith with the intention of possibly entering the Church, please contact Fr. Marek Krol at or Ginger Giesen at or 303-799-1036 x106 for more information and registration.
