Sacramental Preparation

 Sacramental Preparation

A Sacrament is efficacious signs of grace, instituted by Christ and entrusted to the Church, by which divine life is dispensed to us.

The Catholic Church call us to new life in Christ and thus calls us to full participation in the Sacraments.  To be fully receptive to the grace received in the Sacraments preparation is required.  Pax Christi has a full series of Sacramental Preparation programs.

Additional Information on any Sacramental Preparation can be received by talking to Fr. Brian, Fr. Jim or calling the parish office.

Baptism

Holy Baptism holds the first place among the sacraments, because it is the door of the spiritual life; for by it we are made members of Christ and incorporated with the Chruch

We invite all parishioners of Pax Christi to have their Children baptized into the catholic faith.  To facilitate this we offer a Baptismal preparation course consisting of two 90 minute classes.  Parents and Godparents (at least one God Parent must be a practicing Catholic.) are encouraged to attend.
